LTS has recently installed an in-line corona treater capable of surface-treating conductive and non-conductive materials on one or both sides of the substrate in a single pass. Its 30-52 dyne/cm tension range provides exceptional adhesion. Toll And Custom Coatings - Overview
LTS offers a wealth of experience in adhesive formulation and coating technology to manufacture and supply custom coatings for various applications. Our products are toll or contract manufactured under pharmaceutical GMP conditions and can be found in pharmaceutical, medical, electronic and other applications.
LTS operates the world's largest pharmaceutical coaters with pilot and full-scale manufacturing in West Caldwell, New Jersey and Andernach, Germany. Our state-of-the-art, GMP compliant US facility offers three coating lines, two slitting machines, fully equipped R&D, Mass Preparation, Slitting, Packaging and Fabrication departments. All areas are environmentally controlled and pharmaceutical GMP compliant.
LTS has years of experience in coating solvent, emulsion and silicone based adhesive systems on various types of substrates such as Foams (PE and PU), Films (PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PE, PU, PC...), Non-Wovens, Wovens, Foils, Tissues and many others. We are able to process up to 65" wide substrates and use a variety of techniques to coat, dry, corona treat and laminate to meet customer requirements.
