  LTS operates the world’s largest pharmaceutical coaters with pilot and full-scale manufacturing in West Caldwell, New Jersey and Andernach, Germany. Our state-of-the-art, GMP compliant, US facility offers three coating lines and fully equipped R&D, Mass Preparation, Slitting and Fabrication departments. All areas are environmentally controlled and pharmaceutical GMP compliant.
  LTS offers a wealth of experience in coating of solvent and water based adhesives and other solutions on various types of substrates such as Foams (PE and PU), Films (PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PE, PU, PC…), Non-wovens, Wovens, Foils, Tissues and many others.
We are able to process up to 65” wide substrates and use a variety of techniques to coat, dry, corona treat and laminate to meet customer requirements.
