Our specialty intermediates are toll or contract manufactured under pharmaceutical GMP conditions and can be found in pharmaceutical, medical, electronic and other applications.<br><br>LTS operates the world’s largest pharmaceutical coaters with pilot and full-scale manufacturing in West Caldwell, New Jersey and Andernach, Germany. Our state-of-the-art, GMP compliant US facility offers three coating lines, two slitting machines, fully equipped R&D, Mass Preparation, Slitting and Fabrication departments. All areas are environmentally controlled and pharmaceutical GMP compliant.<br><br>LTS has years of experience in coating solvent and emulsion based adhesive systems on various types of substrates such as Foams (PE and PU), Films (PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PE, PU, PC…), Non-wovens, Wovens, Foils, Tissues and many others.
